Bullseye Training and Wellness came to be out of a desire for more training of red dot pistol sights and a desire to help people be better in their daily lives through many different types of massage therapy.

As a training junkie I have taken classes ranging from NRA basic pistol to force on force classes with an emphasis on red dots and defensive pistol tactics.

That is the training side, as for the wellness aspect of what I do I am a neuromuscular and sports massage therapist with 10 years experience. I have over 1800hr of massage education in many different modalities.
